A perfect partnership – Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service Join ATF Solutions

Public Sector partners Private Sector and comes up triumps in becoming a finalist in the Fire Excellence 2011 Awards…………Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service Join ATF Solutions.
Mr Terry Breslin (AT&F Solutions Ltd) has been working in partnership with Staffordshire Fire & Rescue for many months now in order to promote fire and general safety in the community and the business sector and has developed an online learning solution that caters specifically for the businesses and schools of Staffordshire.
The partnership has not required any financial contribution from SFRS and Mr Breslin has pledged to maintain and provide the service going forward.
Our aim is to maintain a strong and highly motivated partnership and to deliver training to hard to reach or financially challenged groups.
Not only does ATF Solutions offer and provide an outstanding and valuable service, where there is obvious financial constraint or budgetary barriers in accessing learning from our system Mr Breslin has been very generous in cutting the access costs and in some cases, for example charity organisations or Staffordshire schools, to less than it cost to provide the service.
I feel that we (ATF Solutions / Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service) should be recognised in the Partnership Awards as the professionalism, enthusiasm and selfless attitude toward the fire safety agenda is remarkable as much of what we have achieved as a service in bringing online affordable training and education to the businesses and schools of Staffordshire would not be possible without ATF’s contribution and commitment. Therefore I endorse this nomination for the massive contribution the online systems will make and continue to make in protecting and keeping the schools and businesses of Staffordshire in Business.
John Berrisford, Business Support Manager, says; these solutions are fantastic! Not only are they award winning modules, there are so easy to use Company employees will have the opportunity to access accredited training modules 24 hours a day 7 days a week, making them ideal for shift workers and those that work outside of conventional working regimes. It also makes refresher training very affordable and accessible, because all registered user accounts are held open for 12 months following their first use and can therefore be used for reference or revision at no further cost.
Terry Breslin of ATF Solutions Ltd comments; we are extremely proud to be a working in partnership with Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service and will continue to develop our services in order to meet the needs of Staffordshire’s businesses. Our training modules really do represent a great opportunity at a very affordable cost to maintain and develop fire safety training within the work place and of course to meet the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
All the courses provided are Continual Professional Development (CPD) registered and CPD points and time can be claimed on successful completion of each module. The packages not only provided excellent training opportunities and have a comprehensive multimedia experience included they are also tremendous value for money. Not only will you receive a CPD accredited fire training certificate, you can also access general Health and Safety training modules.
We believe we have an effective partnership and without inspiration the best powers of the mind remain dormant. There is a fuel in us which needs to be ignited with sparks.
